Consultants of Apollo13 have been inspired by the work of Karl Weick from the beginning of their careers. In 2011, we met Karl Weick in person at the International HRO conference in Washington. We connected with him and Kathleen Sutcliffe every now and then. In 2016, Kathleen held a masterclass for Apollo13 ‘s clients in Delft.
APOLLO13 is a typical network organisation: a small core group and a network of people we collaborate with on regular or ad-hoc basis. With these professional friends we do projects together, we organize conferences and workshops, we write books and articles, or have professional reflections.
