Working on Result Oriented Cooperation together with a housing corporationChain cooperation
In short: A large housing corporation has chosen to have maintenance and renovation of its home ownership carried out by four partners, in accordance with Result oriented cooperation. This requires a cultural change from the corporation, but also from the chosen RGS partners. Client and contractor, who traditionally have a hierarchical relationship, will have to let go of old patterns and thoughts so that a culture of equality is created.
What we do: Coaching and giving feedback in meetings between the various sections of the players (steering committee including the managers and management, and a project team including the executive project leaders of all sections), are aimed at changing patterns. In addition, if necessary, short training courses are given to show certain behaviors.
