Supervision building projects contractors, housing associations

In short: We are regularly hired by contractors and clients in both construction and the infrastructure sector to supervise PSUs, PFUs and project evaluations. During these meetings the process is always central and not the content. Many parties who are introduced to this for the first time are very surprised by the effect of the meetings on the participants: there is more understanding for each other, the relationships become stronger and people learn to share concerns. All this creates a culture in which people communicate openly and transparently with each other during the project.

What we do: In the meeting we provide an extensive introduction and we extensively consider concerns and points for attention. We look at what actions are needed to solve the points of concern etc. and who owns them. In addition, the meetings often include tools and instruments that the participants can use to help realize a highly reliable culture in their project.
