Implementation of HRO for a chemical company in Kuwait

In short: We have been asked by a large petrochemical company to help with the implantation of HRO ideas in their plants in Kuwait. The team that dealt with this had already taken a number of steps.

What we have done: After a basic training course that we gave in London to a number of their employees, a number of pilots were organized on the site in Kuwait to map the current state of affairs. Use was made of a tailor-made assessment tool as well as the Barrett culture scan. After the pilot, the organization itself continued with a number of follow-up steps, in which we still provided remote support.
